What Can We Do For You?

1. Welding - We have the capabilities of performing MIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We also can perform TIG welding as required. In addition we have stud welding and spot welding available. With our available expertise, we are able to design fixtures to provide quality assemblies.

2. Bending - We have numerically controlled back gages for all of our press brakes. We form material from as thin as 26 gage to as thick as ½ plate. We can form parts up to 13 feet long with angle tolerances of plus or minus 0.3 of a degree.

3. Punch - We have the capability to handle up to ¼” plate in our numerically controlled punching centers. We can provide punched parts from a full sheet of material as well as sheared parts. Our punching center can be run automatically as well as hand fed.

4. Laser - We have the capability to laser cut up to and including ¾” carbon plate and ½” stainless plate. We can handle sheet sizes up to 60” wide x 120” long. Our lasers are equipped and connected to a fully automated tower storage system for continuous flow of materials.
